It's nestled in an elegant building with stunning location to the Vikos canyon.

nicely decorated and well furnished room with bathroom and marvellous service. location not far from vitsa, one of the most beautiful and photographed villages of zagori, and the nature and mountains. plus, 10 minutes drive from zamzam well.

The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, with fine mountain views. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with rich local flavors that kept us happy every morning.

Limited dining options in the nearby village might not suit everyone's preferences.

Suites were excellent-breakfast very good and rich-very clean rooms and service-location.

Wireless internet could be an extra.

Exceptional service, the best we had in Greece.Aliki, the manager was very professional and helpful in all aspects of our stay.

The setting was impeccable, the decor very appealing and the comfort without any comparison. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, home made pitta, yogourt, jam and cakes. Everything was perfect.

Fine views from the two-bedroom suite overlooking the mountains. Luxurious fittings and ample space made it perfect for family accommodations.

The village lacked basic amenities like supermarkets or pharmacies, necessitating a 15-20 minute drive to reach them.

First of all, if you are reading this and considering booking - book right now. You will not regret it. We are no strangers to luxury and 5* hotels, but this is up there at the top. The decoration, attention to detail, friendlyness and helpfullness of the staff - unbeatable. Everything is maticulasely designed - from the living room (!!) to the appliances, to power sockets for charging everything, from the slow closing toilet seats to the amazing jacuzzi shower (You never had a good shower until you had one of those). This place reminds you more of the 7* crazy places than the 5*... - Oh, and on top of all that, it's in a great location for visiting Zagoria, right at the entrance to Vitsa. Why are you still reading this? Book already!

The only thing to make this place perfect is wireless internet - although, frankly, it wasn't a big issue as each and every little village in Zagoria apparently has wireless internet all over (the hotel is just a little below coverage) otherwise it's really perfect in any other sense. (Take a 300 meter stroll to the center of Vitsa, sit under the tree, have a drink and surf if you must...)

Best matresses and pillows ever eva!!! U got to sleep there! Great breakfast, with homemade pies by Aliki.-the mushroom pie was excellent.!!!! Comfort and cleaniness at its best!

Perfect place for families

The service was off the charts! I mean,, Kiki, she helped us figure out the best spots to see and how to get there, really took care of us. That breakfast? So many options,,, the staff actually remembered our allergies and made sure we were good to go.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for, and it was still worth it.

Very pleasant stay and very helpful and polite staff. Extremely comfortable rooms with good value for money, we only payed 99 euro for 1 adult and 3 kids for a studio suite with a very good breakfast.

Wireless internet would be good, cause the 3G signal is not available there.

The spacious Beautiful Suite provided a lot of comfort with excellent beds and a amazing mountain view from the balcony. An excellent aspect was the quality of breakfast with delicious homemade pastries and ample options for kids. The bathroom was cramped and the shower had inconsistent water temperature were nice. The air conditioning took time to adjust, impacting comfort, but overall, the attentive service was good.
